Our Accounting & Finance professionals work side-by-side with our internal teams and with external business partners to ensure that our day-to-day financial operations are accurate and efficient. They help each area of our business uncover opportunities
for improved performance and keep us focused on continued financial success and profitable growth.
Supporting customers with solutions on the farm and on the jobsite is a very asset-intensive business, and our Operations team makes sure that our inventories of equipment and parts and support capabilities are what they need to be and where they need to be to serve our customers best. This includes sales forecasting, inventory management, sales program management, commissions calculation, employee training and much more.
Legal & Compliance
As a publicly-owned and traded company (NASDAQ-TITN), we have additional requirements to uphold to ensure the accuracy of our corporate disclosures and to protect our shareholders’ investments. Our Legal and Audit teams work to enforce these Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) regulations, to ensure effective contract management and favorable legal direction and control, and to help identify opportunities for more consistent and accurate transactions and administration across our business.
