What is the service technician sponsorship program?

Titan Machinery dealerships are working with schools in their area that offer a two-year Associates in Applied Science (AAS) degree in Diesel Technology to engage students in our STS program. Sponsorship is also available to students in Precision Ag/GPS Product Specialist AAS degree programs. Sponsored students will work part time at a Titan Machinery store while going to school, and have an opportunity for full time employment as a Service Technician upon graduation.*

STS Program

Titan Machinery offers a diverse work environment, representing a mix of agriculture, construction, and consumer products. STS Program

To participate in Titan Machinery's Service Technician Sponsorship Program, you must be enrolled in a participating school and pursuing a two-year, Applied Science (AAS) degree in Diesel Technology or a Precision Ag/GPS Product Specialist AAS degree program.

Scholarships & Tuition Assistance

Sponsored students will receive tuition assistance. The tuition assistance will be used to help fund tuition and fees; and will be sent directly to the school to be applied to the student's account.

Toolbox and Tools

Sponsored students will receive all tools and toolbox(es) per requirements where they are enrolled.

Uniforms

Sponsored students will be provided Titan Machinery-approved uniforms.

On-the-job Training

The Titan Machinery sponsoring dealership agrees to employ the student during internships and/or SOE's and the summer break period between the first and second year. The student may also work Part-time while going to school; subject to dealership needs, student availability and performance reviews.

Career Upon Graduation

Titan Machinery will offer sponsorship students the opportunity for full-time employment upon successful completion of schooling and on-the-job training.

STS Scholarships

Priority Deadline:

Completed applications will be reviewed by your specified store(s) following the posted priority deadline.

Fall Applications (March 1st Priority Deadline)

  • Students beginning their program in the fall should complete the fall sponsorship application.
  • All completed applications submitted prior to March 1st will be reviewed and considered for available sponsorship spots. Students interested in sponsorship should complete the online application and work with the Recruiting Department to ensure all application steps have been completed.

Spring Applications (December 1st Priority Deadline)

  • Students beginning their program in the spring should complete the spring sponsorship application.
  • All completed applications submitted prior to December 1st will be reviewed and considered for available sponsorship spots. Students interested in sponsorship should complete the online application and work with the Recruiting Department to ensure all application steps have been completed.

What if I miss the Priority Deadline?

Students who submit an application after the priority deadline will be considered for any remaining sponsorship spots

What if my college does not follow a traditional fall/spring class schedule?

Students should complete the application (priority deadline) as it relates to their program start.
