Instructions: This form should be completed by a Titan Machinery sales representative or technician, but can be filled out by the customer, and requires a full name and signature to ensure the accuracy of the inspection by the person who performed the inspection. All fields must be filled out accurately to assess the condition, functionality, and marketability of the combine. Attach additional notes or photos as needed. Submit the completed form and pics to the consignment coordinator at the dealership.
