Submit the completed form to the consignment coordinator at the dealership.
Rate the condition of each component (Excellent, Good, Fair, Poor, Not Applicable). Provide comments for any ratings below Good.
Check each system and note functionality. Indicate any repairs needed or issues observed.
List any included attachments (e.g., front-end loader, weights, implements) and their condition.
Note: If the tractor has any liens, Titan Machinery may require additional documentation (e.g., lien release) before accepting the consignment.
I certify that this inspection was conducted thoroughly and accurately to the best of my knowledge. The tractor's condition has been documented as observed, and any issues or repairs needed are noted above.
