All fields must be filled out accurately to assess the condition, functionality, and marketability of the equipment. Attach additional notes or photos as needed. Submit the completed form to the consignment coordinator at the dealership.
Rate the condition of each component (Excellent, Good, Fair, Poor, Not Applicable). Provide comments for any ratings below Good.
Tires/Tracks (Tread Wear, Damage)
Cab/Interior (If Applicable)
Glass/Windows (If Applicable)
Lights (Headlights, Signals, Beacons)
Check each system and note functionality. Indicate any repairs needed or issues observed. Customize fields as needed for specific equipment type.
List any included attachments or accessories (e.g., buckets, shanks, planter units, forks) and their condition.
Note: If the Equipment has any liens, Titan Machinery may require additional documentation (e.g., lien release) before accepting the consignment.
