Instructions: This form is to be completed by a Titan Machinery representative or technician during the inspection of a sprayer submitted for consignment. All fields must be filled out accurately to assess the condition, functionality, and marketability of the sprayer. Attach additional notes or photos as needed. Submit the completed form to the consignment coordinator at the dealership.
