Happy Father's Day to every dad out there from the Titan Family!

We all know being a father is one of the most difficult jobs one can take on. Being a father can look so different for everyone, but each of them are just as special as the next. We are thankful for everything our fathers do each and every day!
Titan Machinery is fortunate enough to employ several families like the Henderson's and the Johnson's, father and son duos. Each of these families have hard work and love for the company instilled in them, so we wanted to share their stories with you!
Brad Henderson has been working at Titan Machinery as a General Manager alongside 
his father Don Henderson, Area Parts and Service Manager, since 2009. Don has been employed by Titan Machinery since 1989, but has worked at Case IH dealerships since 1979. Brad reminisces on dusting shelves and checking stock orders as a young boy while his dad worked.
Growing up in the same house and now the same company, they have quite the interesting dynamic. Brad said, "The level of understanding we have in each other’s conversations is something not many people have." Their father-son compatibility has been a reason for each of their successes within the company, as they are able to help each other solve new problems everyday!
Brad shared how thankful and fortunate he is to have Don as his father. Don and Brad are both exceptional men, and they continue to teach everyone around them new things each day.
Nathan and Scott Johnson, our second father-son duo, have been working together since Nathan was in high school! Nathan, Director of IT, grew up watching his father, an Equipment Sales Consultant, go to work each day at Titan Machinery and knew he
wanted a future with this company, as well. Nathan expressed how "working with the Titan Family to help our customers has been very rewarding for us both." They do the best job at providing our customers with expert advice and support!
Scott has been a part of the Titan Family for over 30 years, and Nathan for over 18. Their dedication to our company has been nothing short of their dedication to their families.
Both of these families uphold the essence of what Titan Machinery is all about. "We all help each other every day. That’s part of what makes this company great – we’re never alone when we face a challenge", Brad explained. Family is everything to these four men, and the Titan Family is everything to us.
