Spring is near, so we welcome you to the start of a new mini-series here at the Titan Newsroom. In this series introduction, we're diving into just one of the countless ways we at Titan Machinery invest in our people. Our early career and student
programs offer professional support, on-the-job training, and career-specific development experiences. Throughout this series, we look forward to introducing you to and celebrating this year's 2023 interns joining us in May! We cannot wait
to welcome every single one of them to #TeamTitan. In the meantime, join us as we dive into what our student programs are and what makes joining this team particularly special.
We offer six different early career and student programs at Titan Machinery. Within those, students have the opportunity to take their experience and explore in an endless number of directions. While some of those programs are quite unique to Titan, our internship program is one of our most popular programs for students as they enter the workforce.
Titan Business Internships: What Are They?
Former 2022 Titan Intern program participant and soon-to-be Denver Area Business Manager Nicholas Norring says it best, "Throw the stigma of interning out the window when it comes to Titan." Here at Titan Machinery, we offer
a diverse variety of internship programs created for students looking to stand apart from the rest, from Business Operations at our Shared Resource Center in West Fargo, North Dakota, to Business of Sales at one of our countless dealerships
across the Titan footprint. Both professional paths play a pivotal role in helping accomplish our mission to provide best-in-class solutions to our customers who build and feed the world, and both seek out dedicated and driven team
members. Students in each program gain the experiences and hone the skills that set them apart in the workforce through real-life projects, experiences, and mentorship in how to best manage workload and stress, as well as consistent opportunities to collaborate
with the experts in their chosen field.
Business Operations Internships:
Supporting our construction and farm equipment dealerships behind the scenes are the dedicated individuals housed at our Shared Resource Center (SRC). Located in West Fargo, North Dakota, SRC is home to departments such as Human Resources, Marketing,
Operations, Training, Internal Audit, Accounting, Payroll/Commissions, Talent Acquisition, and more. While they are not out in the field, the mission of these individuals and teams is still to provide customers with the very best support. However, "the customers at our SRC departments are mostly the dealerships across our footprint," shares
former Titan Intern Benjamin Chizlett.

Business of Sales Internship:
This sales mentorship program is for those dedicated individuals looking to learn and work directly in the field at our Titan dealerships. Mentorship, training, and project-based learning are the framework of this Titan Machinery internship program, with
a knack for developing the students who later become customer-driven leaders on the floor along the way. Located at the dealership level, selected Business of Sales interns will gain exposure to all sales areas, learning how to provide the best-in-class
solutions to the families we serve throughout their internship experience.
Moving throughout the dealership, our sales interns grow as valued members of Team Titan and leverage real-world dealership opportunities to develop a working knowledge of Titan Machinery's equipment, parts, service and rental products and processes,
identify and practice critical customer relationship-building skills, and individualize their outcomes based on the professional goals they have. For this program, our Talent Acquisition Team looks for hard-working individuals interested in working directly
with customers who have at least four semesters of progress toward a Bachelor's degree, with a current emphasis in Agriculture, Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
