We kicked off our 2025 Customer Appreciation Sales Events across our entire footprint on December 1st! With many of our stores hosting a variety of events during the parts sales, we wanted to give an inside look into what these events are all about.
What are Customer Appreciation Sales Events?
For eight years in a row, our Customer Appreciation Sales Events have been the largest parts sales at our stores throughout the entire year. The specials include our best discounts of the year on a variety of parts, including batteries, filters, oil, and many other agricultural and construction equipment parts. They also include big discounts on OEM components for Case IH, New Holland, CASE Construction, Application, and Precision Technology. Whether your equipment fleet includes tractors, skid steers, combines, or wheel loaders, we have the best deals of the year on the parts and supplies you need!
In addition, our Customer Appreciation events are a time for our stores to connect with and recognize our amazing customers. These are some of the biggest and unique events our stores host. From chili cook-offs to a ladies' night out, we want to show how much our customers' relationships mean to us!
Many of our stores host formal events during the timeframe that our parts specials are running. Whether that's providing you with a good meal, giving away door prizes, or providing presentations on parts or services you need, we want to recognize you for your support of Titan Machinery.
