Business Operations

Titan Machinery operates one of the largest networks of full service farm and construction equipment dealerships in North America. We operate over 100 stores across North America and Europe. We are a very dynamic and progressive company always searching for new talent to join our team. Our main headquarters, Titan Machinery Shared Resource Center (SRC), is located in West Fargo, ND. This is where most of our company-wide Accounting, Human Resources, Operations, Marketing, and Information Technology daily operations occur.

Accounting & Finance

Our Accounting & Finance professionals work side-by-side with our internal teams and external business partners to ensure that our day-to-day financial operations are accurate and efficient. They help each area of our business identify opportunities for improved performance, keep us focused on continued financial success and profitable growth and provide important financial information to our key stakeholders. 

Information Technology

Our Information Technology (IT) team keeps us productive and connected—with our customers, business partners and each other—in our increasingly digital world.  They make sure that our computer hardware, software and networks are performing well, that we’re protected from information security threats, and that our business applications are getting the right information where it needs to be to enable our employees and better serve our customers.


Supporting customers with solutions on the farm and on the jobsite is a very asset-intensive business, and our Operations team makes sure that our inventories of equipment and parts and support capabilities are what they need to be and where they need to be to serve our customers best.  This includes sales forecasting, inventory management, sales program management, commissions calculation, employee training and much more.

Human Resources

Building and supporting an expert team across our diverse business and wide territory requires our Human Resources (HR) team to partner closely with each business area and local team to hire, retain and reward the best in our industry.  Whether recruiting and student programs, placement and onboarding, payroll and benefits, career and skills development, or a number of other vital employee support functions, our HR team helps grow our most important resource… Our People.

Legal & Compliance

As a publicly-owned and traded company (NASDAQ-TITN), we have additional requirements to uphold to ensure the accuracy of our corporate disclosures and to protect our shareholders’ investments.  Our Legal and Audit teams work to enforce these Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) regulations, to ensure effective contract management and favorable legal direction and control, and to help identify opportunities for more consistent and accurate transactions and administration across our business.  


Customer expectations continue to change, and even more rapidly with precision ag, machine control, and the digitization of business and communications.  Our Marketing team is responsible for engaging our customers with our products and services across the customer lifecycle—from new, used and rental equipment to parts, service and precision support—with advertising, promotions and targeted messaging that is timely and relevant across traditional media and now especially online and via mobile devices.
