At Titan Machinery, we offer diverse internship programs for students looking to stand apart, from Corporate Internships at our Headquarters in West Fargo, North Dakota, to Business of Sales Internships at one of our countless dealerships across the Titan footprint. Both professional tracks play a pivotal role in helping accomplish our mission to provide best-in-class solutions to our customers who build and feed the world, and both seek out dedicated and driven team members. Students in each program gain the experiences and hone the skills that set them apart in the workforce through real-life projects, experiences, mentorship in managing workload and stress best, and consistent opportunities to collaborate with experts in their chosen field.

As part-time employees, interns will also receive Titan Machinery part-time employee benefits, and many have an opportunity for full-time employment after their internship.

Types: Corporate Internships

Supporting our agriculture, construction, and application equipment dealerships behind the scenes are the dedicated individuals housed at our North American Headquarters, the Shared Resource Center (SRC), and our Hutchinson Resource Center (HRC) in Hutchinson, Minnesota. 

Located in West Fargo, North Dakota, SRC is home to departments like Human Resources, Marketing, Operations, Training, Internal Audit, Accounting, Payroll/Commissions, Talent Acquisition, and more. While these central office teams may not always be out in the fields directly, the mission remains the same at heart—to provide customers with the very best ongoing support—by providing our dealerships with the very best support. These teams are composed of individuals passionate about serving each of our locations, providing them with solutions and expertise, opportunities for growth, and ongoing resources. Incoming Iowa State Sophomore Madison Kjergaard is just one exceptional example of those passionate individuals -
 

Titan caught my eye at a career fair! I got to speak with someone from their Talent Team and a General Manager from the local dealership, and I just genuinely enjoyed talking with them!  They got me connected to SRC, and after interviewing with the Senior Marketing Manager, I was excited to join the Marketing Team. I loved meeting such a big team and learning what everyone does. Knowing marketing is not my major (Finance/Business Analytics major), and that I was only a Freshman/Sophomore, the team was still super supportive. Titan as a whole gave me opportunities to learn what other people do (examples: Business Analytics, Rentals, CFO, Controller, etc.) so that I could strengthen my overall professional skillsets. I'm super grateful to have been a Titan intern this summer; I met so many people, witnessed almost every position at SRC and the store level, learned so much, and gained so many skills along the way.

Types: Sales Internship

Titan Machinery's team comprises nearly 100 dealership locations across our North American footprint. Through the doors of each, you'll find a Titan Team of experts working together to provide our customers with the best-in-class solutions in agriculture, construction, and application. 

Titan Machinery's Sales mentorship program is for dedicated individuals looking to learn and work directly in the field at our Titan dealerships. Mentorship, training, and project-based learning are the framework of this program, and it has a proven knack for developing students who later become customer-driven leaders on the floor. Throughout their internship experience, they'll gain exposure to all areas of sales while learning what it means to provide best-in-class solutions and industry-leading aftermarket support to the families we serve. 

Selected interns will build upon their classroom studies and apply their knowledge and skills in a real-world, professional setting. Internships include a structured onboarding experience, development guides, and scheduled two-way feedback throughout the summer. 

Additional growth opportunities while with Titan Machinery include:

• Leveraging real-world dealership opportunities to develop a working knowledge of Titan Machinery's equipment, parts, service, and rental products and processes 
• Identifying and practicing critical customer relationship-building skills
