TOUGH TILLAGE TOOLS DESIGNED FOR THE TOUGHEST RESIDUE AND FIELD CONDITIONS
Summers tillage tools are built in North Dakota and are designed to perform optimally in the challenging soil and field conditions that we normally see in the Upper Midwest. Vertical Tillage
The Summers Supercoulter was introduced in 1999 and is available today in a variety of blade styles and sizes to accommodate a wide variety of field/crop conditions. Built to slice through tough residue and penetrate hard, dry ground to size and mix material to provide a smooth field finish and stimulate the break-down of residue, the Summers Supercoulter and Supercoulter Samurai can be used in spring or fall tillage applications. The Supercoulter is available in 15’-60’ widths, while the Supercoulter Samurai is available in widths from 30’-50’.
Chisel Plow
The Summers chisel plow tillage line includes the Superchisel, DiskChisel and CoulterChisel. All three lines are designed to work the ground to break-up compaction while maintaining excellent depth control and an even flow of trash and residue through the tillage implement. The Summers Superchisel is available in widths from 16’-60’, while the DiskChisel and CoulterChisel comes in 16’-40’ configurations and include a variety of blade/disc options to handle the toughest residue conditions.
Harrows
Summers produces a complete line of harrows that are designed to manage residue, smooth the ground, and break-up root balls/clods to provide the perfect seedbed in the spring. Models include the Superharrow 3568, Superharrow 3580, Superharrow 3960, Harrow Packer 6350, and Harrow Packer 7960. With working widths up to 84’, and teeth from ½”-9/16” in diameter, Summers harrows are built to cover large acres efficiently. Features include hydraulic depth control, adjustable tooth angle, and top-mounted torsion bars.
Disk
The Summers DK and DT series Diamond Disks offer a unique design that eliminates ridging, skipping and gouging common with other disk designs. Featuring single-point depth control, a floating hitch design, and Super-Flex C-shank mounts, Summers DK and DT series Diamond Disks are designed to operate efficiently in the toughest field conditions. Models are available from 15’-47’ working width with 25” or 26” blades available, depending upon the model.
High Speed Disk
Summers VRT series of high-speed disks are designed to operate at speeds of 7-10mph. Designed to size and incorporate material, Summers VRT high-speed disks feature adjustable blade angles, hydraulic hitch, adjustable wing down pressure and hydraulic rolling basket down pressure to allow operators to adjust the performance for a wide range of field conditions and tillage applications. Working widths up to 40’ are available for the VRT Renegade, VRT2530 and VRT3530 high-speed disk models.
