Accounting and Finance
Our Accounting and Finance teams are comprised of individuals who support our dealerships' accounting and finance backend functions. Where accounting is responsible for the record-keeping and reporting of the company's cash flow, finance then analyzes the data and helps our company and locations make the best and most well-informed decisions for success.
Areas of specialty in this department include general accounting, financial reporting and analysis, accounting and integration, internal audits, operations analysis, and accounting administration.
Human Resources
Our Human Resources (HR) team is composed of individuals passionate about and responsible for the life cycle of each Titan Machinery employee from initial recruitment onward. Together, their mission is to ensure every Team Titan member's experience is positive, both at SRC and inside our dealerships.
Areas of specialty inside this department include talent acquisition, employee onboarding and development, performance management, employee relations, employment law and compliance, compensation and benefits, payroll and HR systems, process development, and administration.
Marketing
Our Marketing Team is composed of individuals with various experiences and backgrounds, all working together to continuously increase our brand awareness, promote our products and services, and serve as the central hub for all marketing materials used across our Titan Machinery footprint.
Areas of specialty inside this department include digital advertising, eCommerce, marketing automation, website design and management, media production, graphic design, social media, marketing campaigns, signage and print/radio ads, event coordination, public communications, and content writing.
Field Operations Support
Supporting the operations teams at each of our dealerships nationwide are the individuals here at our Shared Resource Center in Parts, Service, Wholegoods, Rental, and Precision Technology.
Together, they work to continuously improve the overall efficacy and efficiency of the operational processes across all our dealership locations, monitor and manage company inventory, and ensure company-wide sales success. They are not only the subject matter experts for their fields but also have the leadership and interpersonal skills to work with and support our many dealership teams.
Information Technology and Business Analytics
Our Information Technology (IT) and Business Analytics teams are experts responsible for maintaining the IT infrastructure across Titan Machinery, ensuring it runs optimally, and using data analytics to deliver recommendations and reports to the company. They specialize in information technology and have the interpersonal skills to work with and assist our employees.
Areas of specialty in this department include maintenance and security of IT infrastructure, employee training, business intelligence analysis, network administration and management, service desk support, and IT procurement.
Business Operations Internships
Titan Machinery is always seeking new and interested students pursuing a degree in these related fields to apply for our summer internship programs! Our internship programs are built around mentorship, training, and project-based learning, and selected interns can build upon their classroom studies while applying their knowledge and skills in a real-world, professional setting. Internships include a structured onboarding experience, development guides, and scheduled two-way feedback throughout the summer.
